 Commercial cDNA or cdna Synthesized Random hexamer for Transfection can anyone tell me which one will be best: commercial cDNA or cdna synthesized using random hexamer for transfection and thus the production of a corresponding protein in the cells. The effect of expresed protein in different experimental groups is to be studied. will u suggest whether commercial cdna can also be used along with synthesised one in my lab for comparison?
