I assume you have a dna sequence. If so it is as simple as copying and pasting into an oligo design tool like Oligo 7.0 or IDTDNA's Primer Quest--- http://www.idtdna.com/Scitools/Appli...s/Primerquest/

This should give you adequate candidate primers. Most experienced people select or add, drop certain base pairs off the recommended oligos based on their experience. So it should require some analysis on your part as well.
