 DNA troubleshooting Hi, Currently I'm using QIAgen DNeasy plant mini kit to extract DNA from the leaf but the yield was very low and when i tried troubleshooting by measuring absorbance of DNA at certain steps to determine its concentration as well as when extraction process is completed. there was no DNA at all! wad could be the cause? I believe anyone who wishes to help out will have to understand the protocol before I could explain in details on what I've done. Thanks!  |
