 cdna 1. i want to isolate rna from mammalian cells and synthesize cdna. If i wish to transfect the same type of cells with the obtained cdna after inserting into a expression vector, will it work out.?for more production of protein? 2. do i have to amplifiy the obtained cdna at 3' and 5' ends? 3. Tell me the approximate price of full length cdna with complete coding sequence? which company you scientists will suggest? Don't ignore even if u find the queries as very basic. please reply        |
