Default site directed mutagenesis using Invitrogen Genetailor

Hi all

If any one has used Invitrogen's Genetailor for site directed mutagenesis, plz I need help as I am having trouble with amplifying my DNA with pcr after methylation reaction.

If I use methylated DNA for pcr I dont see any band on 0.8% agarose gel, but if I run pcr with non-methylated DNA I do find a very intense band

If any one did troubleshoot this problem, I request you to help me.

Thankyou
