 DNA extraction obstacles Hello everyone, i'm facing a problem! i'm a medical technologist in a molecular diagnostic lab, and occusionally i recieve CSF samples to detect viruses specially CMV and HSV. the problem lies when the CSF sample fails in our internal control run (GAPDH run) that controls the extraction procedure. here i may report a false negative result!! is there any recommended kits or procedures thta helps me in extracting DNA from a CSF sample? thank u   |
