Which one is similar to protein purification DNA or RNA?

neither is similar but rna would be closer

Well, since DNA needs to undergo transcription to form RNA, then RNA needs to be translated to amino acid "language", and finally become a protein, I would have to say that RNA is "closer" to protein "purification" than DNA.
