Locate a set of 3 trinucleotides

Hi,

I am looking for all the possible sets of
Code:

3 codons that would repeat with a histone structure juxtaposing a start codon.
To me:
1. These series should be located on the nucleosomal DNA
2. The "juxtaposing" term should be understood as the 3 codons are just before or after the start codon which can only be part of the same nuclesomal DNA.

More to come.

Any suggestion/correction is welcome.
Regards.

Re: Locate a set of 3 trinucleotides

Hi,

Not so many answers ;)

The main question is to evaluate the possibilities and prepare an approach/research using a computer.

Feel free to ask any question!
