 Bird sexing Dear colleagues, In the moment I'm working on a project that involves bird sexing. I'm using EzWay kit from Koma Biotech to extract the DNA from the blood. Using this kit is giving me problems because the blood turns into a clot which prevents its passage through the extraction column. I've searched many protocols and didn't found any suitable for this step. Could anyone sugest a solution please. Best wishes, Carla  |
