| Dear All, I would like to ask my problem about RAPD-PCR. For RAPD-PCR i am using two primers M13 and RAPD-2. The same genomic DNA is not going to be amplified by both the primers. I have 10 genomic DNA samples, of which 3 genomic DNA samples are amplified by the both the above mentioned primers. 4 genomic DNA samples are amplified by the M13 but not by RAPD-2 and 2 genomic DNA samples are amplified by the RAPD-2 but not by M13 primer. Kindly help me how to sort out these problems. A. K. Dubey, PhD Student Pondicherry University, Puducherry. |
