DNA extraction from mycoplasms!
 

Hi all!

I'm Christian from Innsbruck. We have a mycoplasm problem in our cell culture, so we want to test our cultures by RT qPCR for mycoplasms.

So I'm kindly asking if someone of you could share a good DNA extraction protocol for genomic DNA from mycoplasm growing as contaminant in mammalian cell culture.
