Default Homologous Recombination Product

Hi! I'm having problem visioning the 2 possible outcomes of the recombination event below.

One outcome is shown in the picture; i.e. recombination through DS.

However, if the recombination event occurs through US, what is the product like? Is it something like this: DS-ori-oriT-sacB-KmR-xylE-US?

Thank you for any help provided.

Hi! My apologies for the mistake. Is the product for recombination via US: DS-ori-oriT-sacB-KmR-xylE-US-US-flgK-DS?

Hola, sorry by mi mistake, I have revised the paper of Hamad el all and all possibilities of recombination are in the scheme. I think that your supposition fails because in the plasmid pMo146 only are one fragment US and one DS, so I dont undestand how recombination could be done between two US sites which appear when recombination is done isnīt it?. Wait for some more advices from experts. Buena suerte
