 DNA denaturation and hyperchromicity Hi all, did somebody measure UV of DNA at 260 nm before and after denaturation? As I know, after denaturation absorbance should be higher in 30-40%. But in my experiment I observed only 10% increase after thermal denaturation. I do not know if I do something wrong. Please, help. Thanks. Adriana  |
