 gDNA extraction from cells help! Hi everybody! Can anybody know how to extract genomic DNA from a very little amount of primary culture cells using TESS-buffer? I have the protocol for the mouse tails but I guess that I can't incubate my cells at 56°C o/n like I do for the tails. Any suggestion? Thank you very much. Valentina  |
