 adapters Hi everyone! When two adapters anneal ,it leaves 5' overhang and 3' overhang.3' overhang is complementary to the enzyme's site,what about 5' overhang? In fact,i would like to know what is the mean of those 3-4 nucleotides 5' overhang.Thank you for your help.  |

 new to molecular station Hello every one.. I am new to molecular station.. I have recently came to know about this forum and its great.. I want to introduce my self here.. I have completed M.Sc. Biochemistry in the year 2007 and worked as a lecturer for more than 2 years in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. I am a fan of Lehninger Book of Biochemistry, is any one there who love this book????  |
