Need help interpeting some info in a dna table and paragraph
Can anyone help tall me what this all means in the tabl and writing?

TheDNAprofile yielded a mixed DNA profile (ten out of fifteen loci have more than two alleles per locus) and the AMEL locus amplified from the X and Y chromosomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the DNA on this item most likely originated from two individuals and at least one of the individual is a male. Note: The alleles at each genetic locus were investigated, allowing for allelic contamination, dropout and non-amplification of the samples, with the understanding that one or two alleles should be present at each locus per individual. Some alleles were more distinct than others, but all were listed in order to account for the presence of any amplifiable DNA. Additionally, it is expected that the sex- specificlocus, or Arnelogenin (AMEL), will amplify from the X chromosome only when DNA from a female is present or from both the X and Y chromosomes when DNA from a male is present.

The paragraph you provided below the table pretty much sums it all up. The DNA profile that was obtained contained DNA from more than 1 individual. The names on the left of the table are defined loci (locations) in all human DNA. The numbers on the right of those names are the different alleles found in the locations. Generally, 1 individual has up to 2 alleles per loci/marker. The profile you provided has a number of loci with 3 alleles indicating there was more than 1 persons DNA in the sample tested. Since the sex marker (AMEL) has both X and Y alleles, the indication is that the sample contains DNA from atleast 1 individual who is male. (X alleles from possible female DNA would be hidden since male's also have an X allele). Furthermore, if you were to run a second test an individual (whose DNA is suspected to be included in the first sample), you could potentially have a profile of possible alleles from a second person.. on the assumption that there are only 2 individuals DNA present in the first test.
