 Resolving Power/Marker Index and PIC determination Hi everyone I am very new to this forum.I am having some doubts and i need some suggestion about how to determine the following three parameters for a marker data set say ISSR or RAPD or AFLP.I want to determine these three parameters. 1.Resolving Power 2.Marker Index 3.Polymorphic Index content(PIC) In various research communications i came across several formulaes but i need to know by which software package they are deducing the values.I will be immensely helped if you people can throw some light in this direction.  |
