| Hey, I am pretty new to this field and I am trying to calculate a 4x4 contingency matrix for the haemoglobin beta chain mRNA example, reading row by row gives 600 bases in that coding region, (from Genbank Accession No. J00860). My question is how do I do this, any helpwould be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
