| Hi everybody, I got to do a Southern blot analysis using as probes biotin labeled oligos. Does any of you have a good protocol about how to use nonradioactive probes for a Southern blot analysis? Thanks a lot Pilar |

| Hi You could use DIG-labeled DNA probes. Using the DIG-Easy-Hyb from Roche. Let us know how it goes |
