| HELP!!! I have a protocol for resuspending dried bacterial sample after grinding in liquid nitrogen. It says to use GTC buffer. Does anyone have a protocol for this?? I can't find one. Thanks |

| Might be too late, but if you are still looking for it: GTC is guanidine thiocyanate. Buffers for lysing cells differ, but look, in general, like this: 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 4 M guanidine thiocyanate 20 mM Na acetate 1% N-lauroylsarcosine Na salt 1% b-ME (add fresh) Good luck! |
