well the obvious one is "what does the acronym dna stand for?"
depending on how hard you want the quiz to be you could also ask:

what, exactly, does dna code for?

what are the four bases of dna?

what is the name of the characteristic shape of dna?

what sorts of creatures have dna?

where is dna stored in the cell?

what sort of bonds are between bases?

which bases 'match up' with eachother?

how many chromasomes do you have?

how is dna involved in protien synthesis?
