Default I know someone who needs to construct a model of DNA

for a project. What unique materials should he use? Hopefully, the materials could be original. I asked him and he said he was planning on using cardboard and wire, or possibly pipe cleaners or something like that, but it doesn't seem very original to me. Thanks for your answers.

Marshmallows and toothpicks. You can buy mini marshmallows in pastel colors, so as long as there are 4 different colors in the bag, you could designate different bases by different colors.

Then you can eat your model when you're done!
