Default DNA Testing?

How much does it cost preferably Canadian?
I have read from $295-700
All it would be is for one male and one newborn.
They would want it done at the hospital and as soon as possible.
Does the mother have to consent to it? She hasn't said the child was his or not but hasn't let him be involved at all. They already have 1 child together but when this one was conceived I don't see how it could be his. All they were doing at that time was fighting and she had other guys over when drinking.

This is not for myself. I am not pregnant or a mother. I am trying to get information for someone else who asked for my help.
As I've said this is not for myself.
If I were to be pregnant I'd know who the father is.

So please no rude comments calling me names and such because this isn't my situation. I'm trying to get info for someone else.

Keep it in your pants. People like this shouldn't be parents.
