Unhappy Urgent: DNA Extraction from whole blood using Promega Wizard problems!



Hi, I'm using Promega Wizard kit fro extracting DNA from whole blood, and today after the addition of Nuclei lysis solution and Protein Precipitation solution and centrifugation the supernatant was bloody and the pellet was red instead of white, what could be the problem? Please help ASAP I'm getting frustrated
