Default Comment on my DNA extraction image? WHATS THE PROBLEM?

I am extracting dna from fruit (banana) pulp. But I have a problem with it.
I attached one of the images from my work. In my prev. extraction I got good results. But today I extract with the same extraction buffer(ctab) and this is my results.
Because my field of study is food tech., I want somebody to help me and tell me that whats the problem?
Is it because the polysaccharides? phenols? Rna or dna breaks?
