Post Problems with elasmobranch DNA extraction

Hi, everybody

I've been using different techniques (kits and phenol-chloroform) to extract DNA form elasmobranch tissues and it has been unstable. Sometimes is works and sometimes not.

Any tip?

Thanks a lot for helping!
