 Large tissue volume DNA isolation I was wondering if anyone know of a kit or protocol that easily could handle several ml of tissue per extraction. I know Pormega has one for liquid samples like blood that uses 50 ml tubes, but I cant get if any has similar kits/protocols for animal tissue. Thanks!  |
