Default DNA extraction from the Basidiocarps



Dear All,

I have Basidiocarps but it to old and I would like to clean surface of Basidiocarps for no contamination sometimes it will be contaminated I got other species,

Please advise me how I can clean it? because I will take from the Basidiocarps for DNA extract
