| Hello! does anyone know if proteinase K is autoclavable???? Itīs for an extraction buffer and I need it free of any other DNA!!! thanks! |

| Why don't you try sterilizing it by filtering with a 0.2 u filter? That way you avoid denaturation of the enzyme. If you do filter it, I recommend using low protein binding filters, so that you don't lose enzyme in the process. Good luck! |
