Kit for DNA isolation from microdissected FFPE tumor cells
 

Dear colleagues,

Please, advise me some kit, which I can use to isolate DNA from microdissected FFPE tumor cells.

The kit should contains step of reparation of DNA breaks and reverse formaldehyde modification of nucleotides.

I am also looking for a kit for RNA extraction. Advice a cost effective kit and please do tell the name if the shop if possible.
