 DNA extaraction from COMPOST I have huge problems with extracting gDNA from compost samples. I have used methods of LaMontage, Howeler and others as well as Cambio PowerMAX soil extraction kit. When I quantify it on NanoDrop I get quite high concentration and the purity seems to be fine too but I get no band after PCR with general bacterial 16S primers. HELP Shamrock  |
