 problem on plasmid isolation hi, i am facing some problem on plasmid isolation from dh5 alpha. i repeated the isolation of plasmid from the same by three times, by using the phenol-chloroform method. all the time it gives a concentration around 20ng/ul. if anyone have some idea,please help me Last edited by Chinnu; 04-04-2011 at 01:11 PM.  |
