| Hello, I need to genotype some E18 mice as fast as possible, preferably within a couple of hours from tissue to genotype. i want to try this without a commercial kit at first. I expect to be te bottleneck of this all to be the tissue digestion/ DNA extraction. if anyone has some tips or experience with doing this I'd love to hear. Thanks in advance guys!
