PBS buffer

I need to prepare 100 ml of PBS, pH 7.2 that contains 50 mM potassium phosphate and 150 mM NaCl. Can anyone help me with the calculations?

-Potassium phosphate

KH2PO4: MW= 136.09

1 M = 136.09 g/L
1 mM = 0.13609 g/L
50 mM = 6.8045 g/L

-Sodium chloride

NaCl: MW= 58.443

1 M = 58.443 g/L
1 mM = 0.058443 g/L
150 mM = 8.76645 g/L
