 Metagenomic extraction from water I've been searching a protocol for metagenomic DNA(bacterial) extraction from water without using kits. The problem is, as there is a chance for DNA lose with each step, I want to keep the number of steps involved to a minimum. So if anyone knows of any such procedure, please help. Thanks   |
