| Simply homogenize the part of interest. You can use a micro homogenizer, beads or dry ice to grind. Since the sample is so small (assuiming you will one) the best kit I have used is the Nucleospin XS line from a com[any called Macherey Nagel (only co. to share patenting with Qiagen--used to be a sister company of them so their stuff is good and alot less expensive)! It allows for a 5 ul elution if needed and is good down to 10 cells. Hope this helps. |
