| what's the concentration to be used after extracting plasmid from cells? 20ug/ul and incubate for 20 minutes? does adding higher concentration of RNase (eg 200ug/ul or 2mg/ul) have any side effects? |

| I had the same question and what some people told me was that 20 µg/ml is an usual concentration. Unfortunately, nobody was able to tell me sth about the side effects if the concentration in much higher. I guess it would interfere with the PCR reaction!? |
