| I'm havin trouble with rehydration of my pellet after DNA extraction of whole blood samples. I use cooled centrifuging to help the DNA precipitation. Is it possible to cool to mutch? |

| Might not be DNA that doesnt rehydrate; you might have another substance in there such as protein. Resuspend and check the protein concentration. |
