 Rapid Mini Prep of Fungal DNA, can it be used for Yeast? Hi all... I have a trouble in extraction of my yeast genomic DNA for PCR. I did it many times using "Rapid Mini Preparation of Fungal DNA for PCR" methods (by Liu et al,2000), but I've got nothing in my gel!  Is it because the yeast cell wall didn't lysed well? That method is not use enzym to lyse the cell wall, but only use lysis buffer... Please give me a suggestion...  |
