Default Purifying Genomic DNA from Cell Extractions
Hi does anyone have a good kit / method for genomic DNA extraction. I seem to get just a smear using Trizol methods
please help

Trizol is great for RNA, I wouldn't use it for DNA though.

Qiagen has great kits for just about everything, look up Qiagen DNeasy kits.
