| Hi, I fixed some cultured epithelial cells to imaging plates for later immunostaining and analysis. Protocol 1. Fixation in 4% PFA for 20 mins. 2. Rinse 3x with PBS. I came back and found that I didn't seal the plate adequately and the PBS has evaporated. Can I rehydrate the PFA-fixed cells in PBS overnight and then immunostain the cells. Has anyone ever tried this before? Thanks. Silversickle |
