For calcium imaging, whose system is better ? Zeiss, Nikon, Leica?

All three are good scopes, but you cannot make a choice like this based solely on the manufacturer. Details like camera sensitivity, filter options, filter switching speeds (for ratiometrics) spectral abilities, etc, all play into which are better/worse.

What type of probes you intend to use? If its Fura-2 then confocal imaging is not an option.
