| Light microscope: Radiation source - Visible light (sunlight / little electricity) Lens type - use glass lenses ( unaffected by magnetic fields) Medium through radiation travel - air E. microscope: Radiation source - Electron beam (require up to 100,000 V) Lens type - Use magnetic lenses and affected by magnetic fields. Medium through radiation travel - vacuum sorry I don't know the wave lengths. |
