Differences between light/optical and electron microscopes?
Answer as many as you like about the following:
-wavelength of radiation
Further q - what lens does an electron microscope use?
Radiation source - Visible light (sunlight / little electricity)
Lens type - use glass lenses ( unaffected by magnetic fields)
Medium through radiation travel - air
Radiation source - Electron beam (require up to 100,000 V)
Lens type - Use magnetic lenses and affected by magnetic fields.
Medium through radiation travel - vacuum

light micro scope can resolve image not more than 0.2 micro meter
electron microscope can resolve image as small as 0.2 nano meter
