which microscope would you use for each. the 3 microscopes are transmission electron microscope. scanning electron scope. and compund light microscope.

the things you have to match them with are (1) above all, you want a 3 dimensional view of a flea's leg. (2) you want to be able to see that cool dna strand. and (3) you want to see how fast sperm can swim.

In your homework, it is better if you will use the compound and scan electronic microscope first before you will conclude what is the best on that two. On your homework, experiment is the best way to do it successfully. So you must experiment or observe first.

Man, why do people post this kind of thread. Read a book, or search the internet. They aren't such difficult questions.
