 How to determine the actual size of a specimen in a microscope? I used a micrometer on this one. Given that the object under HPO(40 X) occupies 1 msp in the ocular micrometer and that 1 msp overlaps 24 mm in the stage micrometer. the total magnification of the object is 400.  |
