 quantitation analysis of fluorescense image Hi, I have the images of the cells stained with FITC. I can see the difference in intensity, but I would like to express it with numbers. Do anyone knows the software, which can calculate the color intensity, or for example calculate the green pixels value? Thanks for answer  |
