Default I need a protocol for the FRET analysis.
Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone of you has done the FRET analysis. I'm completely new to this technique and would appreciate any info/protocol/advice. Thanks!!!

There is a decent protocol here:
Yeast Resource Center - Technologies - FRET Lesson

We will try and prepare a good protocol for FRET and post it on Molecular Station for you
