| Hello, I have a stack image of cardiomyocyte gap junctions which can be either a .tiff series or lsm file type. I'm looking for a way to measure the volume of the gap junctions. The Huygens Professional software that we used did not have the function to do this so we need an alternative method. I've downloaded ImageJ and I'm still looking into the possibilities. If anyone has any ideas or advice on the measurement of volume from a cell image obtained by confocal microscopy, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
