 Parabens By Hplc wHEN I ANALYSE PARABENS AND PHENOXYETHANOL IN A C18 COLUMN, USING METANOL/H2O (38:62) AS MOBILE PHASE, WITH A NEW COLUMN I SEPARATE THEM VERY GOOD. BUT IN A SECOND ANALYSE I HAVE A LOT OF PROBLEMS IN GET ISOMETRIC PICS, INSTEAT OF PICS THEY SEEM TO BE MOUNTAINS.. WHAT HAVE HAPENNED? HAS THE STATIONARY PHASE BEEN DAMAGED? WHY? HOW DO I HAVE TO KEEP MY COLUMN WHEN IT HASN'T BEEN USED?  |
