Unhappy Varian Galaxy Workstation 6.41

Hi! I am doing some gas chromatography and I am having problems with the data handling. At first the program does not recognize all the wishes peaks, but after calculating noise it does. But when I return to results, nothing has changed! I have had a look to the mannual but it doesn't tell too much, something about changes not saved in the data file. It could be because when I open again the data file the chormatogram looks as it was at first! The thing is that I don't know how to do so the changes are saved and results change with them. If any of you have some experience working with this software it will be very nice from you if you contact me and try to help me. Thanks a lot

Hello friend .... I use Galaxie Varian system too .... but I use HPLC.... and i must it is not the most user friendly software ..... one advice I can give you is to save files at every step so that the changes are implemented .... and another thing is make sure that your system parameters correspond exactly with the method that you use ....

Hope this helps ....
